Under no circumstances will ondemandonline be liable for any damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or inability to use or access, the Web Site.
Cancelled orders will require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations.
Order specifications are based on the accuracy of the information supplied and instructions provided. You have every opportunity to review the specifics of an order before it is placed. The order confirmation page summarizes all details pertaining to a particular order and ondemandonline allows you to print a hard copy for your own records.
Production schedules will be established and followed by the parties involved. In the event that production schedules are not adhered to, delivery dates will be subject to renegotiation. There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to causes beyond ondemandonline’s control.
Ondemandonline can not take responsibility for artwork errors resulting from client supplied artwork not conforming to our recommended artwork specifications or containing inherrent errors, mistakes or mis-specified colours, fonts or incorrect layout. Printing that is acknowledged by us to be defectove will be replaced or subject to refund at our option.
Ondemandonline will accept no liability for any breach of copyright or intellectual property rights or legal breaches of any kind from supplied artwork. All artwork is printd in good faith that the party uploading such artwork has legal permission to do so and has ensured no laws are broken by such artwork.
Please note that printing orders placed online on this website require the submission of complete, “Press Ready” electronic artwork set up in accordance with our Artwork Specifications. Each of the products is offered at the specific mechanical size indicated on the site. If you require a different size or specification, please contact us for a custom quote on 1300 13 40 50.
Prices are guaranteed at time of order placement but are otherwise subject to change. All pricing offered online is offered on the basis of clients not requiring assistance with artwork or quotation. Proofs are not offered as part of the online ordered product pricing.
Please note that as CMYK work involves the grouping of like print jobs together marginal colour variations are to be expected. These marginal variations will occur from one print run to another.
A 100% exact colour match is not possible. The most accurate means of colour matching entails printing the job in isolation as a stand alone job. This means of printing is not however always possible and will result in the print cost of the job being significantly greater.
The grouping together of CMYK work allows for economies of scale which allows us to maintain our fantastic pricing and efficient turnaround of the printed matter.
